I know this video has been up for over a year, but I still come back to it repeatedly. It's one of my favorites. Challenging while allowing for a lot of focus on the breath and the subtle movements of the body. Plus, the hydrant moves while in plank are killer.

Hey Tim, wanted to take a minute to share: I'm a pretty active/mobile guy but was pretty new to yoga in 2019 when I found that year's challenge in May. I was looking for something gentler on my body than the high-impact workouts I'd been doing, but also something that could be just as intense, and which could be an expansion of my meditation practice.

After that challenge, I continued to practice with you. I'm grateful for what you shared today about moving from primary work towards nadi shodhana; I feel like I've established a firm foundation in my practice because of your encouragement/strong focus on fundamentals, and that the quarantine challenge is helping me move towards a deeper practice.

I'm looking forward to finishing the challenge (I'm a little behind) and joining you at the Conscious Movement community. Thank you for being a great teacher, Tim. I've always appreciated your clear instructions and positive attitude.

I love how challenging this was! While I was doing it, I kept thinking that I want to take a quick break but I just kept telling myself to keep going!
In the end, it was all worth it.


Getting to Savasana felt like such a relief, but after spending a few minutes I could feel all the energy that I have been cultivating. Now it feels like I can go for a whole day, except it's getting super late.

Better go wash and sleep!

Your explanations are more in depth than the others on Youtube—more focused on the foundation. This one was just right! Ended up skipping lunch since it was an hour long! Well worth it!

I found your channel over a month and am finally taking the time to leave you a comment. I have been doing yoga for ~15 years now. Your instruction is incredibly detailed, so much so that I find myself thinking that I am either in a yoga teacher training program or that I have my own personal yoga instructor. I am feeling stronger by the day - loved this class, it kicked my butt. I am a sweaty mess. Namaste

Nice session! It was more challenging than I thought it would be. Holding poses for longer periods and repeating certain sequences. Ollie is adorable! It had a very chill vibe - setting, his tone and calmness. Good guided direction..

Enjoyed this this a.m. after being sick for a couple of days. Was challenging and feels like it’s clearing residue. Thank you for keeping all these great classes here to support humanity- whatever the question, yoga nearly always helps.
