Reading all these comments about knee and ankle injuries. Then there's me just doing this because I'm too lazy to do a standing workout after being on my feet all day at work but wanting to strengthen my upper body a bit. Loved this so much and it's actually attainable for me to do on work days!

Hi. Am getting back to exercising after being immobile for nearly 5 months because of spine and knee damage. The universe brought me here and I am so grateful. Clear instructions, no nonsense, no verbal diarrhea stretching out the video unnecessarily. Thank you very much. I looked through the list of your other videos, and couldn't figure out what else to try. Would it be possible to indicate which might be okay for obese beginners to do? Maybe create a playlist of videos for those starting out, or starting afresh after health issues. Many thanks and every good wish. I tried this workout today and this is something I enjoyed. I am overweight and this workout is going to be helpful for me. Thanks for the great workout and I cannot wait to do this again.

Thx for the video. I am a regular sports lady, but suddenly sitting at home with a broken ankle… Good to have a short series of exercises that I can do a couple of times a day without straining my ankle.

Thank you for this! I’ve been working with a PT on my lower body due to a lower back injury, but I’ve been neglecting my upper. Now that I’m finally feeling better (and cleared for all exercise) I’m ready to get working on my upper body. But this is great so I can take it slow and rest my lower back!!

Guys, ensure you warm up and cool down before and after working out. I had muscle pull/ strain last night on both of my legs and the major cause is lack of proper warm up. I'm in a workout streak and this upper body will ensure my legs heal up due to the tear I had on my muscles. So grateful for the workout, it ensured a streak not it was perfect engaging the upper body.

Thank you so much for this workout! My SI joint flares up from time to time and will put me out for a couple of weeks. So glad I have the option to work out while sitting!
