I’m a wife, mother of two, and a certified Physical and Health Education high school teacher. Just like you, I make lunches, do laundry, go to work and drive kids around. I cheer at events and races, attend school concerts and plays, read bedtime stories, feed chickens and tend veggie gardens. I’m busy, you’re busy…we’re women, it’s what we do. pre ACL/Meniscus surgery and already stir crazy. This was a great workout and I appreciate you going through all the moves with timing instead of just the moves and having me 'do it on my own.' WHich is much less motivating from my kitchen chair. Will be repeating this many times in the next 6 weeks I'm sure

yes, I love the pulses in Level 3. It does make the exercises feel harder in a good way. thanks for making these. Like most people here, I am recovering from a lower body injury, in my case a complete Achilles tear so these videos are a life saver. Never did I think light weights would be so difficult but they are. Like you say, doing them slower is the key so you're not relying on momentum which is what I did when I had no injury. Thank you for providing a safe and effective arm workout with warm up and cool down. I'm on a fitness journey and I am discouraged by other arm workouts on here that don't have breaks and go too fast for me. I think they border on dangerous and encourage bad workout habits. This is doable and challenging. I appreciate this video

Thank you so much! I have been doing your workouts for about 3 years now and I love them. Initially I broke my foot so I have been doing the seated workouts and they are great. I love all your stretches too and yes I’d love a workout on just stretches!

Very helpful! I am recovering from a knee replacement surgery. While I can't do my usual standing weight routine yet, this really helps with keeping upper body working!

Suprisingly challenging workout, I've hurt my foot and this was a great solution to keep on exercising. I started with 12.5kg but had to drop down quickly lol. Many thanks for sharing!
