I started doing my Apprenticeship last year November, the place I work at is very big, and being an Apprentice you do a lot of walking, I averaged between 15k and 20k every day, my weight at that time was 107kg, fast forward 9 months later and I dropped down to 79kg, yes I also started eating less, but the main contributer is definitely the walking, now it's time to start bulking gym bro's 💪🏻

I can confirm this, I'm working out for the navy and lemme tell you walking will tire you after 30 minutes or especially if it's hot. I live in South Carolina and it is always hot. It's always best to start walking before you start to job. If you can walk for 20 - 30 minutes with a fast walking speed, and go in for a long time without breaks, that's when you should start jogging more. Same with jogging, you can then start sprinting.

Walking won’t do that to you. It’s a combination of a healthy diet and work out. Plus depends on ages. Since metabolism slows down for older people.
