Knock knees are a common presentation in people with a deep back arch.

This back arch happens when muscles at the back of the waistband get tight. This tension happens to pick up hip internal rotation by shifting the pelvis forward.

By shifting the pelvis forward to pick up hip internal rotation, the result can be the legs coming together. This is what we see in people with knock knees.

To straighten out your legs and improve hip mobility try this wall squat variation. To make sure your gains are consistent stop squatting before your back arches.

I am very embarassed with my knock knee in any wedding or occasion people noticed my legs 🧐 and starting laughing 😞 I lose my self confidence because of this damm shit disease How i solve this problem
