Yes. You are absolutely right. It is not just about Zero Carb and High Fat. If you want to really get the benefits of this lifestyle you need to reduce protein intake. Not so much because what many people think is that "excess protein converts to glucose". But because protein drives growth factors such as IGF-1 (insulin like growth factor) and these are closely related to various diseases later in life, including growth of tumors.
