Lost 28lbs in 6 weeks with keto and intermittent fasting (18-26 hours fasting) one meal a day, 500 calorie deficit (.5 kg loss/week), 70% good fat 20% protein and 10% carbs from low glycemic index green leafy and cruciferrous veg and nuts. Weight still going down and I adjust my caloric requirement after my fourth week minus 500kcal. In total, 2kg loss with calorie defecit and 6.7kg loss with ketosis within 4 weeks. I'm currently on prescribed meds ( since 2010) for HPN, high cholesterol level, and type 2 diabetes. Told my doctor that i would only take 1000mg metformin instead of 2000mg a day, because I'm only having 1 meal a day. Had been checking my fasting blood sugar before and 2 hours after my meal and had been normal since. At the moment I have no panick attacks anymore, blood pressure is in normal range as well. Currently on my planned 72 hour fasting ( 56th hour with no food and meds atm) never felt hungry and all my vital signs are normal. Never felt so much better in my entire 😊

If you are on Keto diet and doing intermittent fasting, but you`re ready to take your weight loss to the next level- take time to ready this.
Before you take your weight loss to the next level, you should be doing.
. 2-1 meals per day within 4 hours (intermittent fasting)
. Ketogenic diet
. Less than 20 grams of carbs per day
. Lots of Salads
. Moderate protein (3-6 ounces)
. Sufficient fats
. Avoiding soy oil
. Exercise
You should also
. Have no constipation, sleep issues or hormone imbalances.
Advance weight loss techniques.
1. Avoid starchy vegetables
. Squash
. Artichoke
. Corn
. Tomato
. Bell pepper
. Carrots
. Green beans
. Peas
2. Improve insulin resistance by getting more>
. Potassium
. Vitamin D
. Plant-based minerals
. Vitamin B1 (nutritional yeast)
3. Make sure you`re doing enough exercise with enough recovery. Try 40-45 minutes of full-body high-intensity exercise 2x per week ensuring time to rest
4. Reducing stress (cortisol) using acupressure all stress accumulates, and that could be what’s keeping you from getting deep sleep and burning fat.

This was an excellent video, but the information is SO important, I wish that the presenter talked MORE SLOWLY. There was so much to learn and as a non scientist, I had to keep rewinding it.
