Your vids are very spot on and based on science. Great to see someone as young as yourself giving out gems of information that benefit the whole community. Its been 3 weeks since I
started my journey on this path and have added your vids for informative purposes and comparisons. A calorie deficit is definitely the first step and I have already lost 3Kgs. I am targetting to lose 12kg by New Year....of course, hard work/gym is involved. Forgot to mention I am 55 y.o. Keep up the Great Work Tharun. Cheers

I am 32Male, 172CM height. I am weighing 84kg. My target to bring it back to 70kg. I haven't taken any diet or excercise, but I have lost 2kg weight in 1month, just by stopping coffee from my regular food. To overcome coffee, i took fruits(papaya) during tea break. I think this trick works for me to reach 70kg, but I am struggling in 82kg itself for long time (3months). Again I start taking tea, now I am back to 84.5kg (500g extra). I am really scared, if i start a diet and stop in middle???. (I haven't taken diet and excercise yet). How to join in your class for free.... Also I am always carving to snacks especially to fried items (bajji, samosa). Plz help by making me to join in your training...
