I agree with Sean... the problem is... I *love* eating tuna straight out of the can, it's one of my *favourite* foods and the only reason I don't eat it more often is because of the cumulative effects of the increasingly high mercury levels in tuna.

I ate tuna straight from the can in college for a high protein meal. For flavor, I would sprinkle paprika on top and pretend I'm a cat. I'm in therapy now.

I always cooked chicken, broccoli, and rice in a crockpot with some spices. Drinking a gallon of water everyday and eating chicken breast was my biggest fat burner

I've heard of quite a few people that did that, I know two people personally that did the keto diet they did lose some weight at first but eventually they gained it back plus an additional weight and now you can't even tell that they were even doing a diet in the first place

I actually ate canned tuna for several months on end while I was doing a calisthenics regimen. One of the best diets. Thanks bro

Heck, I remember relying on tuna can's when I was younger due to my budget and the quick fix of protein, shit's horrible but at the time I had to do what I had to do for the gainz and to me it was worth. The whole mercury poisoning thing is bologna also unless you're eating a ridiculous amount of tuna from cans a day you'll be alright.

Exercise was never the problem for me when losing weight, it was the eating and so i asked my sister for help with the meals and she made it much easier cause the food are low calorie dense foods but at the same time very enjoyable

It's important to diversify to avoid being bland. I love to mix it up with canned seafood, like sometimes I'll take canned pink salmon and make salmon burgers (credit to John Meadows for the recipe RIP).
