I was very tired after work, really didn’t feel like doing anything other than to eat and sleep when I get home. Decided to push myself through this anyway and actually felt good to sweat my stress away.

Best fitness trainer ever... I used to follow you years back. At that time I was fit and no health-related issues. Due to some circumstances, I couldn't able to continue my fitness routines. Now then after 3 years, I have gained 15 extra kilos and diagnosed with pcod. Depressed like hell, from yesterday onwards I'm started to follow your fitness workout again. Hoping for the best. I haven't trained for months and, of course, I gained a lot of weight, and this 21 days challenge for 10 minutes has been helping me to restart my training (although I'm not doing it every day, but 3x a week hehe I need to start very slowly). Whatever, thank you for this routine <3 it helps to cheer me up

Thanks Jordan. From all your exercises, I choose to do this one only. Every day. And my body now very good and sixpax also appeared (+some abs workout and ofcoz take care what I eat). I never hit gym in my entire life. All at room 😊 Thank you so much Jordan

Day 2 completed this morning before work. I got up earlier to do it. Thanks for doing this challenge Jordan. It really helps when we are crunched on time. I’m able to get a great workout just in 10 minutes.
