Young athletes need to learn to move their bodies properly and order to increase their performance and reduce the chance of injury. Our 8 to 10-year-old speed Squad does just that.

Our Speed Squad sessions are built on foundational movement patterns executed by professional coaches, trained to improve Athlete Performance.

Our program was built and overseen by two former Division 1 strength & conditioning coaches. While our athletes have fun in the sessions, these sessions are not simply play time or random games to keep kids busy.

Everything we do in the session is purposeful to ensure our 8-10 year old athletes have fun while gaining speed, agility and build core strength.
