You're the best prof trainer. I do your trainings for 2 months and i improved my power, agility and coordination in soccer. I stopped cause covid restrictions....now i must restart this. My body need that. I started practicing sport at 5 years old.... Is in my nature. If i stay without sports i feel bad, it's different from a normal people who started sport yesterday, it' s different, i can't explain that

Muy buena secion de entrenamiento..sin embargo sin ánimo de minimizar les comento que las vallas están altas de los primeros saltos estan situadas al revés....ellas tienen su perfil de ataque para evitar lesiones!!! Gracias!! Muy buena secion!!!
