Wow 10k a day! Great job! Love to know how you found doing it for 100 days? I came across your video while on day 10 of a(n attempted) 30 day run streak of 5k a day. I'm loving it so far! It's exactly like you said in the video: the fact that the run is not optional, and you can't make up for it tomorrow, makes it easier to just go. My legs are feeling great so far and mentally I feel even better. Good luck again this week!

I did about 5 km for 2 weeks then switched to 10km everyday this is my 8th day (just finished) and once a few kms are done my body gets used to it.

I am an absolute beginner, i run 5km and then take a day off, then again 5km and a day off and so on... It take a huge amount of effort to run everyday and without getting any damage to legs!! I salute you sir for making it easy. 😊👌

Good stuff for 30 days ! Isn’t it better moving forward to run 5 days a week with rest days in between adding variety, such as speed workouts ( progression runs, tempo runs, stride repeats ) and long runs that go up to 90minutes ?

I’ve been running at least 5 miles a day for a month and I have NOT seen any progress! I wish I knew what the problem is. Before I ran on the beach 5 miles a day, some days up to 10 miles. I have had a couple days off from running but not more than one day in a row. Now I’m running on a forest trail 6.5 miles and that will be my new run.

Why you think I haven’t lost weight like you?

yr obviously a fit boy, cuz i spent 8 weeks trying to run for 30 mins!! c to 5k challenge. had to cry off after 8 weeks due to a heavy cold/flu!

How do you guys not get injured? I run max 5 days a week and very easily prone to shin splints.

It's been a couple of weeks since I began training. I run 5K and the speed is around 32 minutes that I need to bring down to 20. How soon do you think will I be able to achieve that goal?? Or is it an unachievable target??
