Alright, you’ve seen the title of the video - You’re probably thinking we're mad? Yeah, this one is tough, although this time it wasn’t solely our idea; Nuzest has challenged Mark to this one. A half-marathon every day for a week!

Mark will be trying to cram his workouts before and after those hours, as we're sure many of you would have to do too. We're intrigued to see how Mark's body copes, and what happens to it over the course of the week. And he'll be sharing all of that with you, as well as how he manages that training and fatigue through the week!

If you enjoyed this video, make sure to give it a thumbs up and share it with your friends. 👍

Would you try a challenge like this? What is the furthest you have run in a week?

For me, this would be a different injury every other day...

Done it for a month.
On a couple of ocations.
It's not really a problem, if you remember to keep the pace at right levels.
Not every day slow, but with variation, but not so that recovery keeps accumulating.
The problem is finding the time, with work, commute, children, family and friends..., and life...
For the last 12 years, I've been a single-dad with a son with autisme. He attends a special school, but sometimes needs days at home, when he's batteries needs a recharge.
He has precedence above running and everything else !

Awesome video. I ran 21 half marathons in 21 days last April and then a marathon a day for 20 days from Tweed Heads (just below Brisbane) to Sydney last November for mental health. It's amazing what the human body can do.

You make 4.30 pace look so easy. Well done Mark

A high mileage week is hard when you are fitting in in around work. I did a 100 mile week in June, but I did doubles to fit the extra mileage in. Well done on getting the week done Mark.

You can do this when you are young, but as you get older, you need more recovery time. When I was in my 30s, I could run everyday (but I alternated between hard and easy days). Now, over 30 years later and still running regularly (although I have now switched to triathlons instead of just running), I can't plan my week ahead of time. I have to listen to my body more and wait until I'm recovered. I still feel fortunate to still be running after all these years. I am half way through my 43rd year of long distance running. I love it still.

I was running in China while I lived there. There was one guy who ran 21k everyday, even when we went out in the mountains the next day to run 50k. This guy was a beast.

Thank you, Mark for becoming a motivator in my life. It’s such a mental game when being stalked and swallowed up by a crippling childhood disease. I have often struggled with suicidal ideation because of the immense pain and hopelessness. Whenever I doubt my ability to survive I come here and find the courage to fight and push through the pain. I will never run, but what little I can do, I do with ferocity. The human spirit can overcome anything, and I can see that every time you push beyond your own mind and body. Stay well, big hugs 🤗 from the now democratic state of Georgia

I always considered myself a hard gainer, but the reality was I had always had a lousy diet. As soon as I started following the Agoge Diet, I started gaining muscle fast!

I was recently trying to lower my time for a 5K. I ran a 5K every day for 3 days then did 10 days of yoga while keeping a little consistency of running then after the 10 days I ran a 5K and my time was lowered by a whole 2 minutes. But I couldn’t do it without all the yoga videos and running vids. Thank You so much!

Wow. You definitely earned that extra recovery shake! I've peaked at 125km a week, but that was broken down into smaller runs, and I was monstrously fit at the time. I don't think there are many (amateur) runners who could do 7 days of HMs. Like you said, there isn't really anywhere to hide.

Love seeing different challenges like this. I did a half marathon each weekend last winter with no goal but to finish and it was a great way to spend a weekend morning. Will definitely look into doing something similar to this, this summer.

Great job, I'm full of admiration. I'm pleased with the 25k I've run this week. I could never do 6x that. (And I can keep 4.30 pace up for about 1/2 a km!)

I liked the video and your channel in general. I did 21 half marathons in 21 days and I felt the same as you after day 2 but afterwards every day got easier and my biggest lesson learnt was that i need to enjoy the process more than the result. I will do a video one day 😀
