Love the exercises, and also de warm up and cool down. I believe it's the new ways of your videos which I think it's also very important. I used dumbells in most of the exercises as well

I used dumbells for the majority of the moves, with the exception of the arm circles and I-Y-T. By the 3rd round my triceps were screaming lol. The tricep stretch at the end felt sooo good! Thank you Coach Greg for another great workout!
