I'm going to be trying this for 2 weeks:
Day 1: Definitely felt the stretch, but it felt good!
Day 2: Felt the stretch LOL (way more than yesterday) so far so good My legs feel more flexible already! 😍
Day 3: I added 2 more workouts with this.. but still did it today!
Like to remind me to come back 😭

yayyyy !!! i just completed the 21 day leg program ! i'm so happy and proud that i stuck with it and pushed through the burn. i am seeing and feeling the results, and that is going to motivate me to continue to make new goals and achieve them :) thank you so much emi !! i can't put into words how much i'm thankful for the time you put into sharing this with us, your femily.

I've been doing this for almost 2 months. I would say it's really effective. My legs are now more longer and pretty slim. I highly recommend this one!

I've been doing this for around 2 weeks now and it is by far one of my favourite stretches. Keep the physical advantages aside, I really enjoy the music and how she keeps our spirits high. I feel so blissful after doing this!

I've been doing this workout since the last 2 weeks, can't say much about my height but my legs look and feel slimmer and flexible than before. Initially, doing these poses made me cry but now I've become addicted to them and cant stop doing these. I'll definitely comeback after 2 more weeks or so to give updates but if you, yes YOU are reading this and doing the workout then keep going my love i can 100% assure you that your body will thank you later and you'll feel much much MUCH BETTER.(speaking from personal experience) Always keep in mind that it will take time to see the results but in the future when you'll look back at your beginning, you'll appreciate it and YOURSELF❤
Edit: Im back! Its been a month and here's the result.... Initially, my height was around 148.7cm and now its 150! And yes, its only a month so you cant expect much of a drastic change byt im so happy that i made this far! Will keep on continuing these exercises and update y'all a month later!!

I was 163cm, it really helped me to increase my height now I'm 169 in only 20 days I'll do it for months again to hit the 175, I think it worked on me easily because I'm teenager

Thank you very much emi! I finally graduated from a month of doing this and my legs and thighs, was not the same anymore before i started this, the change is very noticeable, i became flexible, i even know how to spit now, at the same time i didn't waste my time to measure it at first cause i believed and trust that there will always be a change when it comes to your stretching and workouts, the reason i stop doing it cuz our school will starting soon and i need to be prepared.Thank you thank you very much! Will come back here when our school will be done.

we do all of these for dance and it really does elongate and slim your legs, we usually do them to prepare for splits but my dance instructor also said this is how many ballerinas maintain slim elegant legs!
