thank you mish i started yoga with your fun workouts and im doing them for 5 months everyday! every morning doing them gives me energy and boost of mood and right nos im way more flexible, strong, balanced, tight and confident in my body !! I have been doing this workout for more than one week and I can say that I really like it. The first days are very difficult. My hands especially hurt. Any unrealistic change did not have . But my body definitely began to look a little slimmer.

weight : 47, 5 kg

i used to do this workout, but i stopped because i was lazy.

days:
1: ✅ it felt amazing!
2: ✅ was ok
3: ✅ dont see results yet
4: ✅ gained weight bc i binged

day 4: day 4 completed! this workout is so tough, but I’m seeing some changes to my legs, they are minor but it’s working hopefully!!
day 5: complete! when I always start this workout it’s so tough, especially the ones where I have to touch my toe 😢 since my legs are longer than my toes! like mentioned before doing this workout i see gradual changes, they aren’t immediate in one day but from yesterday and today i notice that my legs have more of a curve now especially my knees

day 6: complete!

day 7: had to skip because of fasting all day ㅠㅠ

day 8: workout done! this workout is honestly tiring and refreshing

day 9: complete!

day 10 complete!

day 11: complete!

day 12: complete!

day 13: AHH i love this workout!! im def seeing changes, especially with my calves, they look more slimmer than before! even my stomache is starting to get flat! I think that is due to my other workouts i do too, jiny diet workouts are really good 😊

day 14: its already been two weeks!! im going to continue this workout for a month to track some more progress! haven't been on a diet, just eat less snacks (ie: cookies, sweets)

day 15: complete!

day 19: had to skip unfortunately because my family was running errands & had to attend a family part :(

this workout was really nice to do, while I don’t really see a lot of changes to my thighs, i see changed to my ankles! ^^ thank you miss for this workout, I’ll be trying other workouts now and coming back to this one every once in a while!

Day 1 Thursday: ✅ it very hurts 🤕 but we don't give up💪
Day 2 Friday: ❌ because I didn't have time🥲
Day 3 Saturday: ✅ It's getting easier, I've done a few other workouts
Day 4 Sunday: ✅ did it twice
Day 5 Monday: ✅ I did a lot of workout today😣 I've had a lot of pain
Day 6 Tuesday: ✅ It seems to me that my thighs are a little slimmer I see a small gap

Honestly, i've never tryed puolates workout... And, from my experience, i've did a lot workout for leam And skinny legs.. But today i did this pilates.. O van say that this requires a lot of excerpts and patience.. Definitely GOOD workout.. And I think that the result won't be long in coming.
