A 15 minute thigh workout that will slim and tone your outer and inner thighs / legs with no equipment and no jumping! This workout is great for all fitness levels but some of the exercises can be challenging, so feel free to pause the video for extra breaks if needed - just don't give up! ♡ For best results I recommend doing this routine 3-5 days per week.

Finally got a chance to do this - it's amazing! some of the other thigh workouts I have done before haven't worked at all but OMG - this one burns! But you're right, it does feel good - now(lol)

I started the playlist (get fit for summer) from yesterday and today is the second day my legs are literally shaking but I will still keep pushing through it because I know I can do it

Anna TYSM for making this! My body type is a Pear shape, so I have extra leg fat. My other friends are all hourglass shapes, and they're all so thin! I'm also an Endomorph, people like me gain fat very easily, so I have to workout often and not get much results.

Sorry guys I sprained my leg while doing some sort of work with my mom.
So, I can't do the exercises for further days .

So I am going to do this workout for a week and here are gonna be my results(I will also do Bailey Brown's 5 minute inner thigh workout too):
Before: R:49 cm L:50 cm
Day 1:Today it really burned through the last 5 minutes but in general i did preety good. Day 1 complete✓
Day 2:I was already a bit sore from yesterday but i made it. It really burned today. Day 2 complete✓
Day 3:Oh my, I was so sore today that i stopped between every set to take a breath. Day 3 complete✓
Day 4:Today it did burn, but not as much as last days. Day 4 complete✓
Day 5:I didn't take sny breaks and I see the results so far: R:48 L:49. Day 5 complete✓
So the final results of the workout where R:47 and L:48. I did the workout for 8 days in total and I feel my thighs a lot stronger than before. I appreciate if you read this comment, have a beautiful day!
