I have always had trouble with the egg muffin sticking to the muffin pan no matter what I did so I decided to bake it in a glass or ceramic lasagna pan and cut it into squares and it never sticks. I find it much easier. Just thought I would share to help out. I also make a salsa chicken recipe and I add black beans. Thank you so much for all your great ideas and recipes.

Thank you Dani. I found the whole 30 about 6 months ago. I've learned so much from it. One of my biggest accomplishments is learning to meal prep weekly so when I'm tired or don't feel well I have healthy food to reheat. No excuses! Loving this series!!

If you don’t have a rack for the meatballs you can crinkle up a big piece of foil and then open it up and line the sheet pan. The extra grease will collect in little crevices and you don’t have to wash the pan!

All these recipes look so good. I don't care whether they're Whole30 or not. I was raised on what some would call a Whole30 way of eating. Mom cooked fresh and we didn't eat processed foods but I'm always in for a new recipe. These look delish and can't wait to make them all! Have a great weekend. :)

Hey Dani! Love your videos. My tip for egg muffins. Everytime I have used a regular pan, they stick no matter what I greased them with. I purchased a silicone muffin pan and boom! They come out perfect every time. Silicone pans are life! 👍

Watched so many cook shows and yours was the best, specially for a mom with two kiddos and always in the kitchen, trying to figure out what to cook that is healthy, quick, and most of all, Kids approved! Your post helped greatly!

Using reusable silicone muffin liners is so helpful to keep the egg muffins from sticking! Would highly recommend!

I made the egg muffins but added ingredients that my family prefers. Bacon spinach onion bell pepper...OMG delicious! My teens grab and go in the morning before school. They didn’t last long. I need to make a double batch next time! TY
