Greg saved my life. I was 367 lbs @ 6'2". I've lost down to 205 over the past 2 or so years. I got into cycling from his videos and have always loved running. I used to run 3 miles a day in my twenties and what he said about cardio fitness coming back quick proved true for me. I could probably eat whatever I want with how active I am now, but I eat from his cookbook and other recipes I've found and I stay so full I'm almost sick and lose weight/get leaner.

Feels comforting hearing that Coach Greg had asthma & outworked the struggle. I had asthma growing up as well and have done plenty if running to overcome it myself. I'm 26, fell off the wagon w/ diets, weights & cardio before and have been back on for atm 2+ months going strong & my cardio's been 85% of the way back to my peak & my physique & training regimen also being close. Your future is worth improving yourself for, kings & queens. ❤👑🔥

I've started implementing a minimum of 150 minutes of cardio a week, thanks to your advice, Coach Greg. This is on top of being in a calorie deficit (working with Stronger By Science) and training 4 days a week (via the RP Hypertrophy App). Feeling and looking so much better, thank you Coach Greg!

I needed this reminder. Any time I have been a healthy weight I have been doing a ton of cardio as well as strength training. Basically, moving my body lots. And I would have to eat sensibly but not too little.

Absolutly. Never was able to stick to a cut with diet only, always ended up eating again after 5 weeks and getting the weight back. Only recently I've added cardio, 40 mins sesh after weights, now able to lose weight and keep it off, and I'm not starbing and thinking about food all day. 🎉
