great workout.  good to see you doing a slightly longer session than usual.  Would you consider doing a 1h long yoga stretching video at some point?

Did Japanese Sumo Wrestling inspire the squat lift because I was totally feeling that vibe lol.  You make it look all so perky fun as always though.

I've been doing these exercises for about a week now and I notice I have gotten a smaller butt... :( What did/do I do wrong?
