I have NEVER been strong in my abs. That's why I decided to do this video 3 - 5 times per week for the last 3 months. The results are great! My abdomen and arms are significantly more toned. My boyfriend noticed a line down the middle of my abdomen! My shoulders and arms look way better in my dresses and tank tops. I've only lost about 5 lbs but that's because I need to change my diet and add more cardio. Overall, I'm very happy with the results and am continuing with this video and other Boho workouts!

I primarily do Yoga With Adriene Videos but recently, I have not been feeling the burn as much anymore. My mom recommended this video to me saying it was rlly good and i went into it expecting the ease I have become accustomed to. I was very wrong. This amazing practice works everything I want to be worked: my core, my arms, and especially my mind. I have been doing this video nearly everyday for about 2 weeks now, and it has gotten easier but there are times still when I have to take breaks. It's really intense! The first time i did it, i just sat there afterward laughing to myself (a little hysterically ngl) because I hadnt felt that challenge in such a long time and i missed it. I thought I was strong (and i am, dont get me wrong) but this video was humbling, and it showed me i still have much to achieve and more room to grow.
You have my sincerest gratitude and deepest thanks for this wonderful, challenging, humbling and even confidence-instilling video.

6 years of doing your workouts, and I come back to this one every now and then. I can conclude that this is still the most challenging one! But oh so worth it!

This used to be the ab workout for me that I could never finish. After doing your workout challenges and your Transform program for the last 10 weeks I finally made it through this whole video with no breaks! Keep working at it and you will get stronger! Not to bash other channels but I've tried a bunch of workouts but I don't feel like any of them were the right fit for me. I did this for two days and I already feel progress. Love it! Thank you!

These workouts are great. I actually look forward to doing them. There is a fine line between too hard and too easy. Too hard and you just give up, too easy makes you ask "what's the point?"- and thus give up also. The 10 minute length on most of your pilates workouts are perfect. Any longer and I just wouldn't put in the time. Somehow you've struck the perfect balance, as even after a 10 minute workout I can feel pain in my muscles the next day, which makes me feel I accomplished something. Plus the production value of the videos, your calm voice and the lovely backgrounds make it an added treat to follow your workouts. Thank you so much, keep them coming!

I want to thank you for giving me the inner strength and courage to train harder than I ever would have in the gym.
