I’ve been doing this, and your ab workout every day after my classes because it’s the perfect 20 minute circuit for a college student. I’ve honestly never looked better and have been doing it since September. I used to force myself to do it, and now my day feels incomplete if I don’t.

If you’re reading this... KEEP GOING! All you have to do is start. EXERCISE IS FREE BRAIN DRUGS

hey guys I have been doing this for almost a month and the ab one also upping my protein intake and I HAVE seen NICE results, my bum is rounder and more lifted, also bigger, keep going guys it gets so much easier!!! At first I struggled but now I just power through it!! <3

So I started this along with stricter dieting, yoga once a day and recently been doing the Chloe Ting ab workout everyday too. On day 5, I did this workout and I almost cried. It wasn’t getting easier, almost felt harder and I was so annoyed! But I pushed through and motivated myself to do day 6 and it finally got easier and I smashed it! So glad I carried on, so to anyone out there, KEEP GOING! You’ve got this💪🏻

THIS WORKOUT WORKS!!! i’ve been doing it for a couple months now, and i’ve seen incredible changes!!! just do every workout full out. i do it 5 times a week. if you want better changes, do it every day/2 times per day.

I’m seeing results after only 1 week even if I take multiple additional breaks during exercises and I’m pretty sure my positions are not completely like hers (so less effective) 😅 I recommend this to you guys

I this workout! I’ve tried so many other butt and ab workouts and none of them really hurt or challenge me to push myself like this one and her ab workout!

I did this and the ab workout for two weeks and my body looked snatched and I lost 5 lbs but I stopped working out and eating healthy so I’m doing this again. See y’all in two weeks✌️
Update: so I found this comment and I can’t remember if I did this workout again or not😂sorry. But it worked before.
