❤️This is my first full shoulder / delt workout video!! I sometimes just do some of the exercises, I wanted to cover all the exercises I do…This video was highly requested, thank you for all your kind words and comments that lead me to this video. You don’t have to do every exercise in the video to begin…pick the ones that appeal to you …ones that cover all areas of the shoulder…this is important if you want a round shoulder...You can also take some of the exercises and do them one day of the week and the others on another day EX: Monday and Thursdays If this video gets strong views and a longer watch time I will do all the exercise groups in the next few days…❤️ I use mostly 20, 15, 12 and 10lbs for the heavy duty lifting and 8,5,3 & 2 lbs for the burn ( finishing) exercises with bands...

This is the third time I’ve tried to write this comment only to have it erased by an errant tap, but I’m determined! I’m 72 and look like a train wreck on paper but I don’t feel that way and my biggest goal and passion is to strengthen and redefine my body! I refuse to believe it’s ever too late and you have been my inspiration angel. Your videos are a treat, and those arms!!!! Girl, I am so proud of you. I only hope I can summon up the same grit and dedication. I LOVE that you are doing these at home as I ( and probably many others) don’t belong to a gym, I don’t WANT to go to a gym, and hopefully I’ll be able to achieve muscles here. All your equipment details are a Godsend. I’m so happy to look forward to this series et al—THANK YOU for taking the time and doing the hard hard work it takes to produce these. Can we also get an updated “what I eat in a day”? I’m really struggling getting enough protein. I’m very particular about meat, it’s a texture thing for me.

I love this I will be 70 in three weeks I’ve been lifting weights for about 18 months ladies this is so important I was in Costco yesterday and picked up a 48 bottle pack of water off the floor into my cart and into my car this is INDEPENDENCE for us…..thank you Tammy

Tammy, you are such an inspiration ❤ TY for sharing your methods and for demonstrating. I follow a personal trainer. She is awesome, but I don't do everything she does or lift the same amount of weight she lifts, or I could end up with injuries. I used to go to the gym for decades, but started lifting at home in 2014 and I am much stronger now and have more definition than 10 years ago. I love your channel. You are helping so many.

Tammy, you are such an inspiration to me. I want to thank you for taking the time to do these workout videos, I know it’s a lot of work. I’m just about 60 and boy is my body changing, sagging arms and legs. I’m not over weight but really need to build some strength. My right Rhomboid muscle just kills me with activity and I’m sure it’s due to posture and a weak back. So with that said, I’m excited to see your back videos as well. Thanks again, you look gorgeous!
