I was surprized that I actually found this morning meditation which is exactly what I was asking for! Kudo's to you for having thought of it. The 20 minutes went by very smoothly and fast. Thank you! I really enjoyed the silence spaces within the meditation. A lot of the guided meditations I have been doing do not include those and i really enjoyed it.

A few negative words made it difficult to follow when you say don’t that’s exactly what your mind does. Also when you first wake up you can have the most clean slate of the day and ready to populate with good stuff so had to stop this as it was too negatively focussed.
