0:14 - Goblet Clean & Pause Squat (1-3-5-3-1 reps)
0:30 - Offset Rack Squat (1-3-5-3-1 reps/side)
0:43 - Deficit Anchor Squat (1-3-5-3-1 reps)
[Do 3 Rds. - Rest 2-3 min. b/w each round]

Just finished this routine, thank you, my legs are jelly! I also want to thank you for another year of work. The Bowfestival at ski sawmill in PA is next week and I’d like to report some differences from last year.
I am 4 lbs lighter.
Much stronger. (Using 50lb more than 35lb)
Upgraded all my equipment. Very excited!
I’ve got 3 more workouts left this week before all the shooting starts!
