Thanks for the insights! I am using OneNote in GTD style since years but with To Do I got more comfortable options to manage my tasks. Your videos giving me great inspiration and ideas! Thanks for the time you invest in these videos!

Where did you find that integrations map at 3:11? I would love to have a closer look at it and read more about the strategy.

Stale, how do you combine your To Do inbox with your OneNote quick notes inbox? Do you just check both during inbox processing?

Great video. Wasn’t thinking of ToDo as I still thought of it as wunderlist reskinned. Going to give it another look. OneNote is really good for what it does, but task management while functionally possible, I find still a little mushy.

Just finding your video and thank you for your perspective. I use GTD loosely and I say that because I cannot settle on Evernote, Onenote, Applenotes, ToDo, Reminders, lol. I switch every 3 mos. My company uses M365 and Onenote is a solid platform but full integration is not there yet with Todo. Your Approach makes sense. What do you recommend for when I am onsite taking hand written onenotes with a customer. Best method to create the follow up tasks and stay on top of them? I assume I would have to transfer handwritten tasks to Todo? Is there a way to flag them in OneNote being handwritten? New Subscriber and will continue to follow!

GTD is specifically *not* vague lists of things you want to read. It's a list of projects, which are a clearly defined outcome with a series of definitive next actions.

struggling to replace ToDo with the find tags (dynamic todo) report from OneNote

@Stale : in the 'Why I switched to To Do for tasks' section at 3:10, I would have add a link between Sticky Notes and OneNote. By this, I can access my quick notes from both sides.

Hi Stale, I am missing one thing in your video, how do you link task with one note? can you explain it pls?

A bullet journal can solve more than you want.

A challenge I'm finding with GTD and To-Do is how to track "next actions" and how #tags should play into this format. Have you had any luck on this? David Allen Co. has released an official setup doc for Outlook/To-do but it's focus is primarily on Outlook
