Thanks for the video. I use Office 365 version and created a Flow in Power Automate to create OneNote Page when a new Task is created and copy the note link back to new Task created. This allows for more creativity when adding notes for a particular task.

Great and simple task list/to do app. Nice presentation too! If you don't like the basic icons available, delete it and start the list name with an emoji. The emoji will become the list icon.
Also, the search capabilites are as good as ANY program I've ever used. The app searches and narrows your focus as you type and looks in task, notes and sub-tasks.

Hi Francesco. Great video again! Could you explain (make a video) about the difference between a note taking app and a writting app. For instance, Ulysses and Obsidian, for me they can do almost the same things. If you have to write down a summary or an article, or publish something to a blog, what app do you use? I used to use Evernote for summarizing books, but my folder is a complete mess and I started to flirt with Notion.

I use this app everyday. Love the simplicity of it. The only thing I really miss is “real tags”. Hashtags don’t work for me. ESP. On the iPhone since there’s no autocomplete feature yet.

Hi great video!!!! I can create groups and add lists to them but cannot seem to find how to group my day tasks on the My Day (or any) view (Tip 10). The Sort menu does not have that option nor is it in Settings - do you know how to show that or if that feature has been deprecated?

Is there a way with Microsoft To Do to create a task that doesn't have a due date, but repeats (duplicates) when completed once. I have a list with 10 different workouts in it. I want to remember to do any 2 per day based on my mood. I want to always have the 10 workouts available to choose from. Right now it is dropping off the list if completed. Not sure what to select for the repeat such that it stays in my active tasks to perform any day i wish.

Can you add handwritten notes. I am a onenote user and looking at how they might work together.

Is it not possible to add an emoji or icon when using it one windows? Also I couldn't help but notice that you are also using Bundle. I used it in the past right when they were a just starting up bc honestly it's by far the most attracting UI I've ever seen when it comes to todo lists/note taking apps. The only draw back I had was that you could only access it via browser when on a computer which I thought would have been better if they offered a dedicated app for mac, pc, linux, etc.and also the website just incase you needed to access it that way. Anyways, can you do a video on it?

I miss the todoist feature to prioritize tasks. Or just the ability to color your tasks. That would be really helpful.

How to actually sync microsoft to do with google calendar?

It’s insane that when you search a term it searches both active tasks and hundreds or thousands of completed tasks. You need a way to hide or displace the completed ones.

They remove the emoji icon option I believe

Ugh, why can't it just sync with google calendar? It should be easy for the devs to do.

Wait, Francesco, you hacked MS to-do? Really, how cool is that? Ah, you found a few normal things and basic functionalities to talk about. Orwell, ok, but what about the hacking?
