When you "Team" up with Leila, you "Excel" in "Office", your "Outlook" towards work changes, and you realize that, there are so many things "To Do"! Well done, looking for more, keep it going! 😊👍👏

This was AWESOMELY helpful, brief but PACKED with SUPER USEFUL information. I am so grateful to you for making this. Integration, to me, is the power of the Microsoft suite but they don't always make it clear how all the integrations can really WORK for users. You bridged that knowledge gap so beautifully.

And to push people even more towards the OWA: in the e-mail if you highlight something, then you can create a task or even a note out of it. It's soo great, when you need to do several things with an e-mail, then you can make sure you know exactly what to do.

That was great. So clear, so full of actionable information. The favourite thing I learned was dragging an email to To Do to make a task... Brilliant!
Thank you so much for making this; keep up the great work.

This is awsomely helpful!! To Do is one of those apps that you first cannot understand what's it for (what different is it from a calendar) and then you find it immensely useful. One find I can't understand is how Calendar and To Do are not synchronised: like creating an event on Calendar would instantly create a task in To Do instead of the other way around.

Love your videos. Suggestion - Please do a tutorial on using Power Automate to email a CSS-styled daily to-do list for all Microsoft To-Do lists.

It is also possible to integrate OneNote and To Do. If you create an Outlook Task in OneNote, it is also created in To Do. The assignment of a person also work except if you add more than one person.

As always ... Leila demonstrates a terrific mastery of the subject and provides an impeccable delivery.

I am not fluent in these applications ... I hope to learn more soon using this video and Leila's other recently released videos. But I must say, at times I feel like I am in The House of Mirrors ... finding it very disorienting where to turn to find what I am looking for. I think one of Leila's main points is that no matter where I turn, my 'tasks' will be there. But I still cannot help but feel that the numerous 'features' are like a patchwork quilt knitted together with some parts quite seamless ... and other parts less so.

I continue to look for a way to organize my myriad of tasks by Client ... by Project ... by Task ... by Sub-Task (which I have done in Outlook for decades). I simply need to spend more time (which is in short supply) to understand the full potential of these applications ... but I am very thankful to have Leila's help doing so.

Great video Layla… I’m blown away with all the stuff that this can do… I Have a annual membership to office 365 And take it vantage of very little that it has to offer…
I can see were a lot of planner and task would be useful to me in my real estate business And I love the calendar integration.

If I were to set something up with teams, do all of the team members have to be subscribers to Office 360? Everything that you do on the video is on a desktop… Is there an app that I can update my tasks on my iPhone as well as add new tasks during the course of the day? Can you take pictures with your phone and add them into your tasks.
