These are the TOP 5 reasons that people give me as to why they don't want to or think they don't need to make changes to their eating habits for health and to prevent combat lifestyle and dietary habits related diseases.

TOP 5 REASONS People give for putting off Eating Habits Change for better health and to combat lifestyle and dietary habits related diseases.
#1 - Some think they are still young, so no need to eat healthily and practice other lifestyle habits, at least not yet.
#2 - Many people 'postpone' any necessary eating habits change because they are preoccupied with work and wrongly think that they have cannot start or succeed in making lifestyle and eating habits change when they are busy with work. When actually the opposite is true, that a healthy lifestyle and especially eating habits are critical foundations and enablers to success at work and career.
#3 Many people who are physically active become complacent when it comes the need to change and improve their eating habits, thinking that exercise gives them the license to eat badly or that Fitness equates health.
#4 Many elderly people think that because they are already advanced in age, it is too late, too difficult and of little benefit making the effort to change their eating habits to prevent and combat diabetes and other lifestyle dietary habits related diseases.
#5 People who have already developed diabetes, hypertension, high cholesterol, cardiovascular disease and other chronic diseases think that it is too late to benefit from lifestyle and eating habits and that they would just have to depend on medications to control their conditions, when actually the opposite is true, that because they have already developed these medical conditions where lifestyle and eating habits play a very big role, it becomes even more imperative that they do everything that they are willing and able to do in learning and changing their lifestyle and eating habits to control these conditions and prevent/combat the associated complications.

Our lifestyle and eating habits have a significant role to play in preventing, controlling and combating diabetes, hypertension, high cholesterol, metabolic syndrome, cardiovascular disease and many other chronic conditions and diseases, it is never too early or too late to start making improvement in our eating habits, start now, start today, every little bit counts.

Our eating habits are not so hardwired that they are unchangeable, it may require effort in the beginning, but once a new eating habit is acquired, it is like an investment that keeps paying out again and again for the rest of our lives.
