Y’all ❤!!! I made the seitan and it is so good. I was so shocked. The process was not hard and really was the same as the video. We put it in the fridge overnight and sliced it thin the next day as the video showed. I had it on a low carb bun with bbq sauce, mustard and pickles! I still can’t believe how good it was 😊 I put it in MyFitnessPal and for 100 grams is 40 grams of protein. Thank you so much.

These are mouthwatering. Thank you! I'm also a nutritionist but sometimes it's hard to come up with inspiration for recipes. I don't know any other plant-based nutritionist that make me want to try every single recipe like you do. I'm going to try to get my mum to try the pasta, though I might use walnuts instead of cashews.
