For 6 weeks now I have around 186g Protein per day, Low Carbs, Low Fat. I only drink water (which I've always loved). Haven't touched bread, pasta, potatoes, basically anything with Carbs. Only Carbs are from Avocado and 1.5g from Cottage Cheese. Fats, from Avocado and Chicken Breast and 2 large eggs/day. I Love My meals, I do OMAD and also have 2 protein Shakes/day. I've super easily lost 37 lbs. I just walk 20, 000 steps/ day minimum/day. I was totally Ripped better than Baywatch Lifeguards 13 years ago and I am heading back to that before Summer! Doing it for my myself and for my wife who has not changed at all. Still has 23 year olds askin her out! So I am having fun and actually teaching her too, She's enjoying OMAD as well!

Honestly you don't need to count calories and all that bullshyt. I was big as hell a year ago May 9, 2023 weighn at 265 pounds. Now am at 195pounds. Still eating the foods I love and drinking enjoying my life without all the strict diet bullshyt. All I do is 15 days outta the month I WALK 3 miles on the treadmill. 3.6 mph. And I lift light weights easy 2 sets of of 50, 25 pounds and maintain a simple diet. White jasmine rice, salmon, baked potatoe. Snack is usually some type of berries. Long story short you can still enjoy your life style and food you love without having to go all out Deplting yourself or eating crap you dont like to try and prove a point to others Remember your doin this for yourself and Not nobody !!! Ftb

I just eat mostly chicken, rice, eggs and ice cream and also drinking ice coffee and I'm jacked from that so diets don't mean shit if you workout until it hurts

I’m type 1 diabetic I really feel like my life is over everything is shutting down and getting worse my blood sugars are everywhere I just keep fighting everyday frfr I don’t need any donations or anything just prayer
