Let's make our beautiful abs visible! ♥︎ If you want to have ab lines, you need to: 1. train your abs hard, 2. burn the fat storages around your core. This workout will train your entire ab muscles, especially your obliques (side abs). Strong obliques = 11 line! Strong upper, lower, middle abs = ab crack! It takes time, just be disciplined and patient and you'll reach your goal.😍

▪️ Intensity: Medium/Hard

▪️ My Recommendations:
• While performing the exercises, think about your ab muscles, squeeze them hard and hold the tension.
• Try not to take any breaks in between the exercises, but if you need to, just take them. You will improve over time. :)
• You can do this workout 2-3x per week. Give your muscles time to recover.
• Combine this workout with my other ab workouts for the best results.

Seriously, only her workouts work on me!! Omg I can see my abs now thanks to this workout, I did it once a day for two weeks and it works amazing..💜

not gonna lie her workouts are actually the best i just started because i want to have a glowup for highschool but I can already tell these are going to speed up the process much more faster because i can literally feel my abs burning and i can see some tiny results but fast !! I wish everyone out there who is doing these workouts the best you are strong and I believe in you!! <3 (sorry for my english im bad at it haha)

Anyone reading this, this work out REALLY WORKS. Stay consistent and you will see results. I have always worked out but never really seen a change in my stomach definition. After this I have visible lines and abs!!!!

Hello Eylem Abaci! I just want to say that I really tried a lot of exercises but yours were the most effective ones. Especially your abs exercises saved my life. Eylem öncelikle seni çok seviyorum, ben neredeyse 1 yıldan fazladır spor yapıyorum ama hiçbiri senin kadar etkili olmamıştı seni ilk Sixpack videonla tanıdım ve o video sayesinde 1 hafta da farkı gördüm ve o zamandan beri yanındayım her videonun da çok etkili olduğunu gördüm, başarılarının devamını diliyorum iyi ki varsın ❤️

I love this workout so much!!! At first it was so hard doing it with no break but through time I became stronger. I feel so happy! I have also seen the crack for like 2 weeks!!!! (Had it done 5 days a week) I mean before this workout, I was doing abs exercises by Chloe then switch to this then the crack became more prominent. Still have to work on the lower abs though but I'm so satisfied with my progress. Her 11 line abs is want I am aiming for so I don't think I'll be switching exercises ever again!
