I have been doing this for a while almost every day before my ballet classes. my abs has never been stronger, which helped me hold my positions better. I'm so thankful for you Nina, u can't believe how much this progress makes my happy. TNAK YOU SO MUCH

Doing this for a week together with your inner thigh work out
Measurements:
Waist: 60cm
Above waist: 64cm
Belly:68
Day 1:✅ I felt the born so badly
Day 2:❌
Day 3:✅
Day 4:❌(went to a sleep over)
Day 5: ✅
Day 6:❌
Day 7:✅

Results:
Waist:57(morning)
Above waist;62(morning)
Either way I still kinda visible ab lines so I’m going to continue for a while and update again then

08/21/24 Doing this all the way until my figure skating competition on October 25! I’ll give random updates here and there, remind me!
09/09/24 my stomach already looks a lot more defined! I can see the faint outline of abs

I got first place!!! And I have pretty toned abs now, I’m surprised I could keep up with it!
