Ready for intensity in this chest and tricep workout?!! Chest press, tricep isolation and bodyweight exercises combined within dumbbell trisets therefore longer rest period will be needed!

For this triset session you will need a pair of dumbbells and your mat!

The dumbbells I am using for your reference are 17.5kg for chest press and diamond press & 9kg each for everything else!

This workout will increase your upper body strength however resting the body post such an intense workout is important to also for the muscles to repair and grow.

I love training chest and my favourite triset of all is in this workout; chest press, flyes and straight into push ups! 🔥🔥🔥

It may involve a lot of lying on the mat but nothing is relaxed about this workout!

initial thought: "45 sec. rest. Thats too long" . less than 30% in... my quivering arms: "thank you for 45 seconds". This sweet lady KNOWS what shes doing. After a year, youd think id stop questioning her methods !!!

As a woman when I used to go to gym and the trainer used to laugh at me when I said I wanna lift heavier...it demotivated me..and then years went by and I gave up on weight training..thanks to caroline I am in love with it now and am able to do it all from comfort of my home

missed the past two days due to just life getting in the way. This made me realize how much I value these workouts in my life,

Hi everyone....my glutes definitely feel Girvanated after yesterday..now it’s the turn of our upper bodies! I think the triset formula will make this hard...but I’m sure we’ll all smash it and have fun too! As it’s upper body day and a lovely morning here I think some sprints first are in order! Hi Caroline... a little later...all done! Started with a 20 minute mix of sprinting, running, jogging and walking over a 2.5 mile route...just great on the most beautiful morning imaginable! Then the workout...brilliant as always...the trisets were hard but I enjoyed the challenge of getting through them! Finished off with the stellar abs add on! I love upper body workouts too. I used to dread certain workouts like lower body but since starting this epic heat program I don't feel dread anymore with any workout, okay maybe a little with the lower body still but not like I used to. I have never enjoyed exercise this much ever especially strength training. I have never stuck this long with any program as I have with epic heat. Loving it so much. Thank you, Caroline.
