DISCIPLINED Dumbbell HIIT Workout / Full Body | EPIC Heat - Day 10

30 minutes of controlling your dumbbells are you perform a wide variety of exercises or target the entire body and really elevate your heart rate!

Technique and control is paramount in this session...control the dumbbells at all times! Even though this is high intensity training, it is different to bodyweight and it is more important to perform as well and as safely as possible as opposed to pace.

For this high intensity workout you will simply need a pair of dumbbells and your mat! The dumbbells I am using for your reference are 8kg each!

The timer will be on for 30 seconds of work, 15 seconds rest!

Each exercise is performed for 2 sets with a lot being single side work so the next exercise will be the opposite!

There are alternatives to step back interest of hopping!

Forward step pass under
Single dumbbell burpees
Suitcase squats/jumps
Double arm row
X1 dumbbell press to lunge
Swing to squat x 1 dumbbell
Clean to squat to press
Snatch
Plank to row to side plank
Squat to press
Push up to alternating row to tuck
RDL to squat
Lunge to staggered squat
Lunge hold with curl
Uneven squat to press
Squat walk
X2 dumbbells burpees!

This workout is obviously ‘slower paced’ than bodyweight only yet still as intense as it is maximum speed that you are able to control the dumbbells!

Today i was able to do the entire workout with 7.5 kg dumbbells. Earlier i use to switch between 5 and 7 kgs dumbbells for dumbbell hiit. Also i have hit another landmark towards my goal weight. Officially lost 15kgs! I can’t thank Caroline and this community for this achievement. So happy today!

I actually started crying when "We're Dynamite" played during cooldown. Can't believe I can actually be strong enough, physically and mentally, to push through till the end, even if I have to take a stop somewhere along the way.

This is by far the best and the hardest workout program that I have ever done! I would really like to thank Caroline! ❤ Because of her I am able to listen to my body... Earlier, I ate very less food and worked out like for an hour with no rest days! But in that period of time, I wasn't progressing in my moves and I didn't even have enough energy to push myself! I was getting weaker weaker and weaker day by day☹️but Caroline made me believe that I can eat my favourite food but at the same time I can burn it off as well! She made me able to listen to my body. Because of her, now I love my body💖There's something in Caroline that makes me push even harder! She has made not only mine but so many people's lives better!! 😇😍props to her🙌🙌🙌may god bless her abundantly 🥰

This is one so far the hardest dumbbell hit workout. I've completed your last 3 (10week) programs now on this the 4th. Was a struggle but kept up with you can proud of myself. HR was consistently around 177. Down 25lbs. :) YOU CAN DO IT EVERYONE! Thanks Caroline!

Caroline's Dumbell HIIT videos are the only HIIT workouts I can do because there isn't many plyo exercises I need to modify.

I used 7.5kg dumbbells.

The plank to row side plank I could only do a few on my toes and the rest were planks on my toes but the side planks on one knee.

For the (tricep) push ups to rows to tuck the push-ups were on my knees.
