EPIC with Caroline Girvan is a 10 week fitness and workout program. I loved EPIC with Caroline Girvan and now she's releasing EPIC II. I'm looking forward to this fitness challenge of 50 workout sessions. Here is what I'll be doing differently this time around in EPIC II. It's been an amazing fitness journey of building strength, increasing lean muscle mass, and improving my agility as well. If you're doing EPIC II by Caroline Girvan what are you going to differently this time?

I ABSOLUTELY agree with you on "over-doing" it. I promised myself this as well. Also, I am going to watch what I eat a bit more. I'm vegetarian but I can end up eating less protein and too many carbs by the end of the day. Here's to a great 2021 starting with C.G's EPIC ll ! See you there xoxo

Great suggestions! Thank you for these! I’m implementing all of these five. Plus I need to be more aware of my eating habits. Sometimes I train so hard, I’m starving. Then I overeat. I need to be more mindful.

These are all great suggestions. Overtraining is one of my concerns too. I get so gung ho and over do it, which has led to injury and fatigue in the past. I will also be more mindful of what I am eating and, even more importantly, that I am getting enough sleep.

I totally agree with you...tracking progress, keeping rest days and stretching more are some of my goals as well!!!! So nice to see so many people being motivated by Caroline...it's unique!!!! love from Greece!!!!

I completely identified with everything you said. I’m so guilty of overtraining too and doubling up on sessions.

I only have 3 more epic days of the first one, I think I’ll take maybe a week to two weeks off to recover, doing a yoga challenge, to allow my body to be super ready for starting epic 2

This time I will be taking more rest days. I might do the exercises every other day.
Whenever I overtrain, my menstrual cycle go CRAZY... so I will go easy this time 💗💗

Happy New Year! Great video with excellent tips! I am also making sure I take the active rest days, adding yoga, and keeping track of my progress better this time around! One other thing I have started with Epic II is increasing my weights. 💪🏼 Good Luck to everyone out there doing Epic I and II!!

I'm not sure whether I should do the program because I am horrendously bad at upper body bodyweight exercises (i.e. just got my knee pushups) while doing okay on things like chest presses or rows, as well as matching Caroline's weights and reps for the most part on lower body. She seems to be a big fan of side planks + pushup variations, but I just cannot... I think I'll go ahead and do it anyway, but every single time I get one of those exercises, I'll modify it to either a low plank or knee pushups.

Yes, I’ve not been doing as much yoga as been concentrating on just Caroline’s workouts . But really wnat to focus on incorporating my yoga again into my routine ! X

Started with e 2, thought one was for beginners.. wow so hard, have struggled because I need to run (helps my sanity) often feel over trained as well. 62 yrs young.😀

Yes! I have documented measurements and also half way through epic 1 for a 2nd time before Epic 2 started, have been writing down what weights I've used :) it's great because it boosts motivation knowing I've gone up!

Congrats tat u completed 1st epic. Me too. I juz completed n moving on to epic ii. I totally agreed wif all yr 5 pointers. infact, I pretty much experience n do same as u. Rest day, I go for a jog or rebounding workout. I skip all cool down coz I'm rushing so mayb I shld take yr advice n do it. I sometimes overdo by going for a jog in afternoon after completing epic in morning. My body measurements remain same becuz I didn't increase my protein in my diet. Yr body is very toned n firm. Good job. I'm using 5kg dumbbell instead of what Caroline use. I love her energy and body. I looking forward to epic ii. Alrighty, let's go for it.

Absolutely I agree with you ! I have overdone full body work outs etc and end up with trapped nerve in my lower back as a result of it and not stretching enough plus not taking proper rest days so I will only follow her program as it and do more stretching
