I just wanted to say that I found your channel two days ago and I'm so proud of myself because I always struggle with force myself to exercise, but your videos are really comforting. I'm able to do full workout without feeling exhausted. I just went to the gym and did warm up with you, so I'm going to do this workout too. 🥰

Just a suggestion, Can you do a low impact series here on YT? I’m trying to get back Into working out, but I can’t seem to find the right videos. 🤷🏽‍♀️ so I try to do some here and there but end up quitting cause I feel like I’m all over the place. If you know what I mean. 😊thanks
