Juicy Seasoned Chicken breast
- 800g diced chicken breast
- tsp garlic powder
- tsp onion powder
- tsp paprika
- tsp chilli powder
- tsp cumin
- 2 tsp salt
- tsp black pepper
- tbsp olive oil

Pan fry on high heat and it gets a crispy sear on all sides (8-12 minutes), cook in batches for the best results 🤌🏽

Fluffy Golden Rice
- 250g washed uncooked white rice
- 2 tsp paprika
- tsp cumin
- 1/2-1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp turmeric
- 350ml chicken stock

Garlic Sauce
- 120g 0% Greek yoghurt
- 80g light mayo (Heinz: lighter than light)
- 1/2 lemon juice
- tsp honey
- tsp garlic powder
- tsp black pepper
- salt to taste

Garnishes
- pomegranate seeds (optional)
- finely chopped chopped coriander (optional)

Storage & Heating ♨️
- Store for up to 5 days in the fridge
- To reheat, place in a microwave safe dish, cover with a wet paper towel and microwave for 3 minutes.
- Once heated through, mix well, add more garlic sauce if you wish and enjoy!

Notes:
- for the fluffiest rice allow to rest covered for 10-20 minutes after cooking before serving
- You can store the garlic sauce in a bottle for weeks in the fridge! Check the earliest expiry date of all the ingredients (usually the Greek yoghurt)

100g chicken breast have 31g protein. If you count it, 8x31= 248. But for 4 equal servings(53g protein per meal), i only get 212g. How?
