Seasoned Chicken
- 800g chicken breast (diced into cubes)
- tsp garlic powder
- tsp onion powder
- tsp smoked paprika
- tsp oregano
- 0.5-1 tsp cayenne (spice level preference)
- tsp salt & pepper
- Cooking spray (I used avocado)

Other Ingredients
- 1 medium white onion (diced)
- 2-3 garlic cloves (diced)
- 1 can (400g) chopped tomatoes
- 275g uncooked penne pasta
- 500ml chicken stock (brand: oxo)
- 150g light cream cheese (brand: Philadelphia lightest)

Garnish
- 2 tbsp parmesan (sprinkle between 4 preps)
- fresh chopped parsley

Storage & Heating ♨️
- Store in meal prep boxes refrigerated for up to 5 days.
- When it’s time to eat, reheat in the microwave partially covered for 2-3 minutes with a tsp of water, stir through till creamy and enjoy!

Could even go with greek yogurt instead of the cream cheese for more protein. Great recipe.

I used protein pasta and got 703 calories with 79.9 grams of protein, but if you split it into 5 meals it comes to 562 calories with 63.9 grams of protein and is still plenty filling.

That chicken would be very overcooked. I would pull it out of the pan and throw it back in when the pasta is almost done or just use chicken thighs

Did the calculations. That would equal to 726 calories if you split it in 4. And it would be 72g of protein.
