I had knee pain for over 4 years, I had so much trouble to go down stairs. This has work d miracle on me. 1st day much better. 2nd day pain has gone. This is a miracle! Tried many others did not work. This is the most simple one but worked for me. Highly recommended!

I did this for the first time 2 days ago and honestly I couldn't believe it. After 3 or more months of annoying knee pain I was going up and down stairs and my knees were pain free. Weird! :) Thankyou so very much for posting!

Thankful for the plentiful amount of free resources on Youtube nowadays. Have been suffering from a minor case of Runner's knee on and off since I started increasing my training volume to lose weight. Only 2-3 days of doing this ex so far. While it didn't completely eliminate the soreness, it made it more manageable. Now I'm gonna do this everyday once to twice a day. If I went for a consultation with a sports injuries specialist, this would've cost me $100+ for consultation and probably end up getting the same advise anyway lol.

hi luv these exercises, i have always been fit, walk/ jog 3- 5 miles a day, in the past year, my right knee is not the same running jogging makes it worse, after doing these only 2 times to try out, my knee feels much better, i prob have osteoarthritis due to age so this will definetly help to get me back as i walk my dogs thanku

Hi! I'm doing these exercises for over a week now and i can feel a great improvement. Is it ok to put a rolled towel under my knee while sleeping instead of cushion? Thank you!

Thanks very much for these exercises. I will definitely follow this twice a day for the amounted time but I have been walking daily as well as doing walking classes for quite some time and although I was doing a lot of these type of exercises for knee pain, I seem to be getting worse. It is said that walking is very good for the knees but I am wondering if the walking classes where you're doing a lot of movements to the right and left and turning and twisting is not so good when you're struggling with pain? Thanks so much!

I have added these to my little workout routine. The first exercise you show, I prefer to do with both legs pressing into a towel at the same time (instead of alternating)- seems like it works just as well doing it that way. And a metronome (I have an app) works great for making sure you are holding each rep for the required length of time!

These exercises were very effective for my knee pain. It disapeared in few weeks. I was doing them in bed in the morning while reading. I had a break of a month. I am coming back to the routine to keep strengthening the muscles. I will do it 6 times a week in the morning again. Thank you very much for this great youtube! I recommend it for getting rid of a knee pain to everybody. Or for muscles strengthening to prevent any future knee problems. I'm looking forward to the skiing season. Amazing!
