I was hoping, from the title, that there would be time spent on discussing when surgery is definitely NOT an option, such as an elderly person with multiple back/spinal issues, etc, and what is the best specific course of action to relieve severe back pain in such cases.

listened to the first spine time webinar/ thank you for doing something like this; however, it's very hard, difficult to listen. look at the diagrams and take notes at the same time...your audience would be better served if you made a transcript of each talk with diagrams available so that your listeners would be able to print a copy of what the docs say; this would give listeners an opportunity to absorb and more readily understand what the docs are saying.
