Wow. I learned a lot and took notes. I am shocked that spinal cancer is a secondary form, stemming from cancer elsewhere in the body. When you have severe back pain, you may not even suspect it could be from breast, lung or colon cancer. Doctor, thank you for sharing your insight with all of us.

Thank you. I'm booked for a PSA test tomorrow. I've had lower and upper back pain for two years. It's getting worse. I also wake to go toilet at least every hour and a half at night. Constant broken sleep. I've even now started to wet the bed not fully but enough to wake me out of my sleep which isn't deep because it's always broken. I'll. Will update you with my results. Hello doctor, I’m 35 years old and having chronic back pain for years. Last year I did MRI and x rays and nothing serious was in the report but nowadays I can’t sit for long and stand and do anything caz of chronic low back pain. I went for physiotherapist recently and he suggested me to do SWD and UST for 14 days and also my vitamin D is very low so he suggested me IU vitamin D injections. But after taking the therapies and exercises I’m still having the back pain I don’t know what to do .. please
