Do you ever feel stressed out? Over tired? Over worked? Exhausted? Or waking up feeling unrested? All of the above? Then this practice is just for you.

Welcome to this 30 minute yoga nidra practice with Kristyn Rose where you'll be guided into a deep state of relaxation. Techniques are used to bring you into the deepest healing sleep states that we can experience when we go to bed at night, however you remain with a sense of alertness or wakefulness still present. Scientifically better known as non sleep deep rest or more commonly known as 'conscious sleep' or 'wakeful sleep', just 30 minutes of this practice can be equivalent to almost 3 hours of deep nourishing sleep. You can imagine it like your most nourishing power nap.

Yoga nidra is an effortless guided meditation technique that is accessible to all levels. There's nothing that you need to do. Simply relax back into your most comfortable and supported position and listen while Kristyn brings you into the deepest regenerative sleep states, effortlessly.

Yoga nidra is an ancient form of guided meditation using techniques designed to carry one through the different brainwave states while simultaneously moving through the different layers of the Self or the Koshas. Relaxing into the deepest sleep states but instead of drifting off to sleep, you remain with a sense of awareness still present. This allows one to let go of the thinking mind and release all of that energy back into the body to facilitate deep healing. You can think of it like a soothing balm for your whole central nervous system.

Using a body scan technique and breath awareness, this practice will help calm the nervous system and activate the parasympathetic division of rest and digest so you can dissolve into deep rest. It is in this healing void where we gain access to the subconscious mind to plant the seed of intention. What is it that you long for in this life? What is your heart's desire? You can decide.

Emerge from this practice feeling rested, restored, and maybe even energized; ready to go back into your day or your week feeling refreshed.
