My one leg ligament was damaged before 7 month and the pain was completely gone after 5 months then I started doing squats with very less like 10 reps and then I grow it to 30 reps 3 sets in 30days
But after that
my leg again started paining
I stopped squats and my leg again became painless in 5 days
I don’t know what to do now
Should i again start squats or is there any othe replaceable exercise……😞😞

If you want big legs with only dumbbells do Bulgarians, Goblets, RDLS, Calf Raises 1-2 sets each taking 3+ minutes of rest

The jumping squat and the walking squat are not hypertrophy exercises. The first will help you have more speed and the second is isometric work.
