Guys, biceps is a small muscle so it doesn't need like 4-5 exercises to grow them. Do biceps curls, hammer curls and Incline dumbbell curl. Make sure to train close or full muscular failure and control the eccentric movements.

Another tip is to pick a curl with your elbow infront of the body, and another curl with your elbow behind your body.
Infront would be like barbell or preacher. Behind would be like seated decline dumbbell curls or cable curl with attachment behind you

Instead of doing these fancy exercises, just do chinups and superset them with regular bicep curls maybe even drop sets .

You don’t need 12 sets of biceps…. Do strict curls, hammer curls, and either incline or decline curls, I personally replace incline curls with weighted chin ups

Barbell rows and pull ups should be a bigger focus. Just add one of these at the end of the session. 🤷
