I was feeling lethargic but decided to push through this 45 minutes workout and now i’m filled with dopamine. Especially when Maddie smiled towards the end of the superset. I knew I’ve breakthrough another day.

Just wanted to add my voice to the chorus of people who appreciate this longer format. I've been doing your shorter workouts, combined with a daily hike, for about a year now and I love them! The longer format is a great option for those days that the weather isn't agreeing with a hike.

I love the more comprehensive videos with a warm up and cool down! It’s a great workout and by the end you don’t even realize you’ve been doing it for 45-50 minutes. Awesome!

It's 10min past the workout but I'm still out of breath, wet in sweat and shaking 😂. More of these 45 full body workouts with or without equipment plz. Thanks a lot Maddie❤❤
