When it comes to fat loss, most people utilize cardio to pursue this endeavor. Today I will be discussing the use of compund movements to not only burn fat but to build lean muscle to attain the best possible physique. I know with summer right around the corner, slimming down and getting that desirable, lean look is a very rewarding but also a very daunting task.
In the training clips you will see me performing three compound movements (sumo deadlift, sled push, and box jumps) the reason I chose three high intensity movements is because all three of these movements can build muscle and strength, but also torch fat and keep your HR very high, this is going to cause a high caloric burn but also give the potential for lean muscle gain.
