Or spend a Summer mountain biking around the villa zone east of Sliven, BG. That will work the lower body. Then come back to FL in September and start padding around the typical knee to shoulder high beach breaks of central and south FL. Nice upper body work out. Both stress endurance over strength. Remember to stretch.

For a diet I have become the cliché and pretty much Rice based with Tofu, Jalapeno, Tomato, spiced up in a water/olive oil/sunflower oil blend. Yes I snack on Peanut butter and honey coated bagels, or a homegrown star fruit or avocado.

Ultimately, I gave up the bad lifestyle in favor of more active outdoor endurance sports. Slowly and gradually making changes in diet. After about 6 years, went from 224 pounds to 172 pounds on 5'9" frame at age 59 still getting out there with the kids in some decent swells from time to time and not on a long board. Mostly riding my 6'6" modified fish, and a smaller 6'2" egg for clean waist to chest fun stuff.

Just find your passions, and give up on the bad stuff. Lastly, try sleeping more. Indulge in the dream world. It keeps you in touch with the real you.
