I'm very stuck! I lost alot of body fat on a 2200 calorie diet, 6ft1 man and 208 pounds and I believe metabolic adaptation has happened, as I'm doing alot of cardio but getting hungry alot, tried diet break but stuck 😢

Been eating at 1400 calories for 5 months. I'm losing 1 pound of fat a week. But throughout the 5 months I've been so hungry and lack energy. I'm a female, 5'4", 132 lbs, and weightlift 4 times a week. I still have a lot of body fat (endomorph body). May I reverse diet slowly to up my calories to hopefully fuel my body more? Would that jeopardize my fat loss journey?
